Can Food Cravings Kill A Diet?

We all have certain foods that we absolutely love. As luck with have it, these are usually the foods that are off limits when we diet.
Human nature being what it is, the longer we deny ourselves of our favorite foods, the more we want them. This is why most diets fail. You get intense cravings and, inevitably, you break down and give in. The end result is another failed diet, coupled with feelings of guilt.
Tip: Avoid any weight-loss plan that's based on unrealistic dietary restrictions that will lead to intense cravings.
